You can find authorised PVR stores directly inside the MuchBetter app. After selecting 'Gaming Op PVR', the app shows a map of approved Italian locations where cash top‑ups are supported.
Only verified PVR partners appear on the map. Locations outside Italy do not appear, as the service is available exclusively in Italy.
Before visiting a store, bring a charged phone, your QR code, and a valid ID. Create your QR code shortly before arriving to avoid expiry.
