What to do first
- Check your MuchBetter app to confirm whether the transaction is still updating.
- Wait up to 15-60 minutes to allow for a temporary processing delay.
- Keep your payment receipt, as you may need it if the top-up does not appear.
When to contact support
If the funds are still not visible after 60 minutes, contact support and include the following details:
- Your phone number
- The transaction amount
- The date and time of payment
- The PVR location, if available
- Your receipt or transaction reference

Do not pay a second time for the same top-up unless you are sure the first transaction did not go through. If you are unsure, contact support first.
