If your PVR barcode has expired, you will need to generate a new one in the MuchBetter app before you can complete your transaction.
Why this happens
PVR barcodes are time-limited for security reasons. Once a barcode expires, it can no longer be used at the PVR location.
What to do next
- Open the MuchBetter app.
- Go back to the top-up or withdrawal section.
- Generate a new barcode.
- Use the new barcode at the PVR location.

- An expired barcode cannot be reactivated.
- A barcode can only be used once.
- If your previous attempt involved a payment, check your app status before trying again.
