If your PVR barcode is not working, it may have expired, already been used, or not be scanning properly at the shop.
Common reasons a barcode may not work
- The barcode has expired
- The barcode has already been used
- Your phone screen is too dim or damaged
- There is a temporary issue with the PVR scanner or connection
What you can do
- Check whether the barcode is still valid in the app.
- If it has expired, generate a new barcode.
- Increase your screen brightness and make sure the barcode is clearly visible.
- If possible, ask the cashier to try scanning again.
- If the barcode still does not work, generate a new one in the app.
Important
Do not pay or attempt another transaction until you are sure you have a valid barcode.
When to contact support
Contact support if your barcode appears valid in the app but still cannot be used at the PVR location.
