Provide the following details:
- Your phone number linked to the wallet
- The top-up amount
- Date and time of the attempted top-up
- The PVR location
- Your receipt or barcode reference
Important:
- Do not attempt a second top-up for the same transaction until Support confirms the status.
- Keep your payment receipt, as it may be required to resolve the issue.
