When a transaction with your card is not successful, the funds are usually released back to your card by the issuing bank within 10 business days (Monday to Friday). This timeframe can vary, so we recommend speaking directly with your bank for more accurate information.
If your bank insists the funds were charged, please request the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) for the transactions. The ARN is a unique identifier for card transactions. With this number and the payment confirmation, we can verify with our payment provider if the funds were charged and locate the transaction.
Also, keep in mind that sometimes, incoming transactions may require manual approval for various reasons, which can cause slight delays. We suggest allowing a few minutes for the transaction to be credited before contacting us or your bank.
