If you have received the e-transfer email but did not get the SMS with the password, please follow these steps:
- Check Your Messages: Ensure that you have not accidentally deleted the SMS. Sometimes, messages can be filtered into spam or junk folders.

Contact Support: If you cannot find the SMS, please contact our support team at support@muchbetter.com from your registered email address. Provide the following details:
- Your full name
- The amount of the withdrawal
- The date of the withdrawal
- Any reference number or transaction ID
- Receive the Correct Password: Our support team will verify your details and provide you with the correct password.
Important Note: Please do not attempt to claim the funds using random passwords. Doing so will result in the withdrawal being returned to us, which could take several days to process.
