Once the payment provider accepts your e-Transfer, you will receive a password via SMS. Shortly after, you will get an email from Interac notifying you that your funds are available. To deposit the funds into your bank account, simply click the link provided in the email. Be sure to check your spam or junk mail folder, as well as your promotions or updates categories, in case the email is delivered there.
- If you have Auto-Deposit enabled, the money will be automatically deposited into your account, even though you will still receive a password via SMS.
- If Auto-Deposit is not enabled, you will need to use the password sent to you via SMS to complete the deposit.
The withdrawn funds should reach your account within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).
