You can check your current transaction limits directly in the MuchBetter app.
- Open the MuchBetter app on your mobile device.
- Go to Account → Limits.
- Here you will see the limits that apply to deposits and transfers.
Important:
- Limits depend on your account verification level and may vary depending on your country of residence and selected currency.
- If you reach a limit, transactions may remain pending until you increase or reset your permitted limits.
- Verification increases your limits — basic limits prior to ID verification are relatively low. Once ID verification is completed, your limits will be significantly increased.
- If your limits have been exhausted or you require even higher thresholds, you can contact MuchBetter Support (additional verification may be required for higher limits).
