The option to download your MuchBetter Account Statement is now available directly in the app for ID-verified customers.
If you have already verified your MuchBetter account, simply:
- Tap on the "View all" button on the "Recent transactions" section of your home page in the app.
- Then tap on the "Statement" icon on the top right side of your screen.
- Now generate your own customizable account statement by selecting one of the predefined options or entering the required date range!
- Once generated, your account statement will be sent to your registered email address.
Notes:
- If you have not yet verified your account, simply head over to the Home Screen and the option to complete the process will be visible there. All you need is to have your ID at hand.
- Please make sure that your registered email address is correct in the app before submitting the request. You can update your email by tapping on the "Account" icon on the top right side of your home screen and then tapping on your personal details.
