MuchBetter accounts are linked to the phone number they are registered with, which is why the phone number cannot be changed. However, we have a simple solution for you! Please follow these steps to create a new account with your new phone number:
- Register a new account using the same email address as your current account.
- Verify your new account. You'll find the verification option on the Home Screen.
Once you've completed these steps, let us know. If you have any funds in your old account, our support team will transfer them to your new account. Please note that your old account will be closed, as each customer is allowed only one MuchBetter account.
Important: This should only be done if you no longer own or have access to the registered phone number. If you still have access or plan to keep your original phone number, please contact support@muchbetter.com for assistance.
