CA*** (where ***** are 6 numbers/letters)**
You can obtain the Interac confirmation number from the following sources:
- Your Email: Interac sends an auto-deposit confirmation email for all successful e-transfers. If your e-transfer shows as auto-deposited or completed, you should have received this email. Please check your spam folder and your promotion/update categories in case it was delivered to one of these inboxes. You can also try searching your email for "Interac" to locate it.
- Your Bank: If you cannot find the confirmation number in your email, you can request it from your bank. They can contact Interac directly and request the confirmation number on your behalf if needed.
- Interac e-Transfer History: Log in to your online banking account and navigate to your Interac e-Transfer history. Many banks provide a detailed history of your transactions, including the confirmation numbers.
- Bank Statements: Review your bank statements for any records of the e-transfer. Some banks include the Interac confirmation number in the transaction details on your statement.
If you still have trouble locating the Interac confirmation number, please contact your bank's customer service for further assistance. They can help you retrieve the necessary information to ensure your transaction is properly identified.
