If 12 hours have passed, please contact support@muchbetter.com and provide us with the proof of payment with the complete Interac confirmation number which looks like CA***** (where ***** are 6 letters/numbers). You may find it within your online banking or in your auto-deposit confirmation email. Please check your spam folder and your promotion/update categories in case it is delivered to one of these inboxes.
You can also request it from your bank. They can contact Interac directly and request it to them if needed.
