Interac deposits can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours to process. If you haven't received your funds within 12 hours, please follow these steps:
- Check Your Email: Look for the auto-deposit confirmation email in your inbox, spam folder, and promotion/update categories.
- Gather Proof of Payment: Locate the complete Interac confirmation number (e.g., CA***** where ***** are 6 letters/numbers) in your online banking or auto-deposit confirmation email.
- Contact Support: Email us at support@muchbetter.com with the proof of payment and the Interac confirmation number.
- Request from Your Bank: If you cannot find the confirmation number, contact your bank. They can reach out to Interac directly to obtain it for you.
