Interac e transfers may be applied to your account within 5 minutes to 3 hours, but it can take longer if the reference is missing or wrong. In most cases, this is done within 12 hours.
To ensure your transaction is processed and credited timely; please, ensure all deposits are initiated in your MuchBetter app, by entering the exact and unique (one-time) reference we provide every time, in the "message" field and complete the process within 24 hours.
If it is more than 12 hours, please provide us with the proof of payment with the complete interac confirmation number which looks like CA***** (where ***** are 6 letters/numbers). You may find it within your online banking or in your auto-deposit confirmation email. Please check your spam folder and your promotion/update categories in case it is delivered to one of these inboxes.
You can also request it from your bank. They can contact Interac directly and request it to them if needed.
