It is not possible to change the phone number of an active MuchBetter account. But we have a simple solution for you. Just register again and create a new account with your new phone number making sure to:
1. Add the same email address to your new account
2. Verify your new account. The option to do this will be displayed on the Home Screen.
Let us know once the above has been completed. If you have available funds in your old account, our support team will transfer it to your new account. Your old account will be closed since only one MuchBetter account per customer is permitted.
Additionally, in case you have an active MasterCard or key fob (or other payment devices), please confirm with us shortly that they are still in your possession and we will link them with your new account (once it is verified with your ID document).
