If you need to reset your passcode, please follow these steps:
- Click the "Forgot Passcode" link.
- Click on "Reset Passcode Now".
- You will receive an SMS with your new code shortly after.
- Enter the code received via SMS.
- You will be taken to the Change Passcode page. Enter the same passcode you just received via SMS once again.
- You will be taken to the New Passcode page. Enter a new passcode of your choice.
- On the "Verify" page, confirm the new passcode.
- You will be logged in. For security reasons, you may also be asked to complete the ID verification process within the app once again.
- Once you have completed the ID verification, allow a few moments for it to be processed. If passed, you should be good to go.
If the problem persists, please contact us at support@muchbetter.com and confirm the following details:
- The phone number that you are trying to log in with (including the country code).
- If you received the SMS with the temporary passcode.
- The brand of your mobile device.
- The software version of your phone.
- If your phone is an Android device, please let us know if your device is rooted. If your device is rooted, you may also try to log in from a different device.
- If you are getting an error message, please send us a screen capture.
