However, if you meet “Jim”, we need a little more information to be able to assist with a passcode reset:
Please take a clear picture of yourself holding your photo ID.
Tap the “Help” button below and send us a message attaching the picture you just took.
Sit back and wait, we’ll try to get back to you within 48 hours, although in most cases it is much sooner!
