Follow these steps to complete the ID verification process for your MuchBetter account:
- Log in to your MuchBetter app.
- Tap on the "Verify me" option on the Home Screen.
- Prepare your valid ID and ensure good lighting.
- Select the issuing country of your document.
- Scan the front and back of your ID as instructed by the app.
- Take a selfie holding your phone in front of you.
- Wait for up to 60 minutes for the verification to process.
- You'll receive an SMS notification once verification is complete.
- Check your status by going to More > Limits > Raise My Limits in the app. If verified, your transaction limits will increase.
Ensure clear, well-lit images with no reflections. Remove any wearables like hats or masks for the selfie to match your ID photo.
