If your ID verification in the app is failing, please make sure that:
1. Your ID document is valid (not expired)
2. The photo of your ID and your selfie are clear and all the details are legible.
3. You scanned both the front and the back of your ID (if you have chosen a 2 side document to scan)
4. You are using your driver's license, passport or national ID card or a valid government-issued ID (accepted document type depends on the issuing country)
5. The reflection of the camera flash or the light is not preventing to read all of the details of your ID.
6. You are scanning the actual document (not a photocopy or a digital copy).
If the problem persists try to use a different valid ID or contact us via the Help Centre or at support@muchbetter.com.
