There are two scenarios when sending funds via our P2P transferring service:
- If the funds were sent to an incorrect or non-existing phone number, the transaction should be automatically reversed within approximately 60 minutes.
- If the funds were mistakenly sent to an existing MuchBetter account, we might not be able to help recover them. In this case, you may try to contact the receiver and request the funds back, but please note that we cannot guarantee the recovery.
If you sent money to the wrong phone number and require further assistance, please contact us at support@muchbetter.com and provide us with the following transaction details:
- Amount
- Date
- Phone number to which you sent the funds
To prevent issues, please double-check the phone number before sending the funds. We recommend selecting the number from your contacts rather than manually typing it.
