If you have transferred funds to a friend using our P2P service and they have not yet received them, please review the following steps:

Verify Transaction Details:
- Check your account and review your transaction history to ensure the phone number you entered was correct.
- If the phone number is correct and your friend has a MuchBetter account, ask them to log in and check their transaction history to see if they received your transfer.

Account Verification:
- The receiver may need to verify their account to ensure the transaction in question is within their permitted limits before it gets credited. Please have them review their current permitted limits in the app.

Incorrect Phone Number:
- If the phone number used for this P2P transfer was incorrect and is not linked to any existing MuchBetter accounts, it should be automatically reversed within approximately 60 minutes of the transaction being sent.

No MuchBetter Account:
- If your friend does not have a MuchBetter account, they will need to open one using the phone number you sent the funds to in order to claim them.
