- Change the passcode: Log into your MuchBetter account from a temporary or new device and change the passcode to access your account.
- Contact Support: Send an urgent email to support@muchbetter.com with the subject line 'Lost/Stolen Phone'. Our Support Team will temporarily freeze your account and digital wallet access until your new device is confirmed.
