When you request a cash withdrawal using PVR, the MuchBetter app generates a one‑time barcode that is valid only for that specific transaction. Open the app, select the cashout option, and enter the amount you want to withdraw. The barcode appears immediately and must be used at an authorised PVR location in Italy.
Each barcode can be scanned only once and cannot be reused or shared. Bring your valid ID, and make sure your name matches your MuchBetter account. If the store cannot scan your code, try increasing your phone’s brightness or generating a new barcode. Barcodes expire if not used in time, so request one only when you are ready to visit a PVR location.
