Withdrawing cash is easy: open the app and select the cashout option. Enter your amount and the app generates a one‑time barcode for the payout.
Take the barcode and a valid photo ID to an authorised PVR location. The cashier scans the code and pays your cash instantly once approved.
This service works only in Italy and may be subject to limits. If scanning fails, generate a new code or visit another approved location.
