Contactless transactions with your wearable are limited to a maximum of 5 payments. Once you have reached the limit, all you have to do is log into your MuchBetter account from your mobile app and unfreeze your wearable to allow 5 more transactions.
This is a security feature that has been implemented to protect your account. Additionally, our app gives you the option to freeze your Keyring or your card if you have misplaced it or if it has been stolen, in which case, you should act promptly.
