Ordering Your Keyring or other Wearable
To request your keyring or other wearable device directly from your MuchBetter app:
- Go to the "Wearables" section.
- Tap on the "Order" tab and select the wearable device you wish to acquire. The device information and its corresponding cost will be displayed beside the icon.
- Tap on the wearable you wish to order and then tap on "Buy now."
Review your information and ensure that your home delivery address is correct to guarantee timely delivery. Accept the Terms of Use and then tap on "Confirm" to finalize your order.
Note: You can order more than one wearable if you'd like to have different ones for various purposes or to share with loved ones. You can also label each wearable with a different name in your MuchBetter app, and they will all be linked to your account and balance.
Important: If you have not yet completed the ID and Address verification of your MuchBetter wallet, you will be required to do so before activating your device.
Activating Your Wearable
Once you have ordered your wearable in the app and received it via post, you need to activate it before the first use:
- Open the MuchBetter app.
- Go to Wearables > My wearables.
- Tap "Activate wearable."
- If your mobile supports NFC, select "Activate with NFC." If not, select "Activate with Code."
- If you selected "Activate with NFC," hold your MuchBetter wearable against your phone for at least 3 seconds.
- If you selected "Activate with Code," insert the activation code provided with your wearable.
Once linked, you can name your wearable and start spending!
