We can try to recover any money that was spent on a product or service with your MuchBetter card that was not delivered or not fit for purpose.
Before contacting us, please try to resolve the issue with the merchant/seller directly, as this will often prove to be quicker and less complicated.
If you would like us to initiate a chargeback for you, please provide all the relevant information about the transaction:
- Date
- Amount
- Name of the Seller
- Whether it was online or offline payment
- Why you would like a refund
- Any supporting evidence (receipts, emails, etc.)
Once the above-listed details have been provided, our support team will help you further.
Note: The use of MuchBetter cards and wearables is temporarily out of service. Unfortunately, MuchBetter cards or wearables cannot be activated in the app for now, nor used for purchases or ATMs. However, you can keep it with you safely and we will confirm when you are able to proceed with activation or its use.
