However, if you are unable to reach an agreement with the merchant, we can assist you in recovering the money spent on a product or service that was not delivered or was not fit for purpose. Please note that additional details and a specific process are required.
To initiate a chargeback, please provide the following information about the transaction:
- Date of the transaction
- Amount spent
- Name of the seller
- Whether the payment was made online or offline
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Any supporting evidence (e.g., receipts, emails, etc.)
