After initiating a payment with your MuchBetter Card, you may receive an authentication request for your transaction in the MuchBetter app.
Please ensure that you tap on the notification within the app and not a notification on the top of your screen, as this second one will exit you from the MuchBetter app, causing your CVC code to be reset and the payment to fail.
Additionally, you may also try to enable the multiscreen function on your mobile device and keep the MuchBetter app running and visible, this way the notification will be delivered and the transaction completed. If the app is in the background, the process will fail.
