After initiating a payment with your MuchBetter Card, you may receive an authentication request for your transaction in the MuchBetter app.
To ensure successful authentication, please follow these steps:
- Tap the Correct Notification: Make sure to tap on the notification within the MuchBetter app itself, not the one at the top of your screen. Tapping the top notification will exit the MuchBetter app, causing your CVC code to reset and the payment to fail.
- Enable Multiscreen Function: Consider enabling the multiscreen function on your mobile device. Keep the MuchBetter app running and visible to ensure the notification is delivered and the transaction is completed. If the app is in the background, the process will fail.
