If you're not receiving 3DS authentication for your transactions with the MuchBetter Card, it might be because notifications for the MuchBetter app are turned off. Here's how you can ensure notifications are enabled:
For Android Devices:
- Open your phone's Settings app.
- Tap Notifications and then App settings.
- Under "Most recent," find apps that recently sent you notifications. To see more apps, tap All apps in the dropdown menu.
- Tap the MuchBetter app.
- Turn on notifications for the MuchBetter app.
Tip: If you don't see "Recently sent," you might be using an older Android version. Instead, tap App notifications and then select the app. You can turn notifications, notification dots, and notification categories on or off. If the app has categories, you can tap a category for more options.
For Apple Devices:
- Open your phone's Settings app.
- Tap Notifications.
- Select the MuchBetter app and ensure notifications are turned on.
Tip: If notifications for the app are turned on but you're still not receiving alerts, the Alert Style When Unlocked might be set to None. Change it to Banners or Alerts.
