A magnetic stripe card has a stripe on the back that contains important information needed for transactions. This technology is usually deactivated for your protection.
If you plan to use your MuchBetter card in the US or any other country where magnetic stripe payments are common, please inform us so we can enable the magnetic stripe for you. You can contact us through the app or by sending an email to support@muchbetter.com.
Note: For your security, we recommend contacting us again once you return so we can deactivate the magnetic stripe.
