If you would like to use your MuchBetter card in the US, please let us know so that we can enable the magnetic stripe for you. You can contact us via the app or send an email to email@example.com.
The same action applies if you travel to another country where the card magnetic stripe is being used for payments.
We advise you to contact us again once you have returned so that we can deactivate the stripe for your own security.
Note: The use of MuchBetter cards and wearables is temporarily out of service. Unfortunately, MuchBetter cards or wearables cannot be activated in the app for now, nor used for purchases or ATMs. However, you can keep it with you safely and we will confirm when you are able to proceed with activation or its use.
