You can now request a MuchBetter Card directly from your MuchBetter app. Please update the app to the latest version, you can do this from the Google Play Store or Apple Store.
Once the app has been updated, please log into your MuchBetter account, and go to the "Cards" section.
The verification option will be displayed, if your account was previously verified all you need to do is submit a valid proof of address:
- A copy of a recent utility bill (gas, water, electric) or bank statement showing your name and current address details (it must have been issued within the last 3 months).
Note: PO BOX addresses are not considered valid proof of address.
- The next step is to successfully order the card in the app.
- Virtual cards are free and active immediately upon creation.
- The physical card can be created always having a minimum balance in the wallet, at a small cost. It generally takes up to 10-20 days for the card to arrive in the mail.
Please remember that physical cards need to be activated before the first use.
- Open the MuchBetter app
- Go to Cards>My Cards
- Select your Card
- Enter the 9-digit code
- Finally, tap Activate.
