If you need to order a new card, please email us at support@muchbetter.com or contact us directly via the app. Be sure to let us know the reason for your replacement request.
To prevent any unauthorized activity, we strongly recommend freezing your card as soon as possible. You can do this in the Card section of the MuchBetter app.
Once your order is successfully placed, it typically takes 1-2 days for the card to be dispatched, and then 5-10 working days for delivery by mail. Please note that delivery times may be slightly delayed in some locations due to bank holidays or other factors.
Note: There may be a replacement fee for the new card.
