To order a new card, please email us at support@muchbetter.com or contact us directly via the app. Just let us know why do you need a replacement card. If you lost your current card, please freeze it as soon as possible in the MuchBetter app to block it. You can do it in the Card section of the app.
Please note that there may be a 10 GBP/EUR fee for a replacement card.
Note: The use of MuchBetter cards and wearables is temporarily out of service. Unfortunately, MuchBetter cards or wearables cannot be activated in the app for now, nor used for purchases or ATMs. However, you can keep it with you safely and we will confirm when you are able to proceed with activation or its use.
