If you've lost your MuchBetter card or wearable, don't worry! You can block it quickly and easily.
- For Cards: Go to the "Card" section and select "Freeze" to block your card.
- For Wearables: Navigate to the "Wearables" section and choose "Freeze" on the device you want to block.
This will prevent anyone who finds your card or wearable from using it. If you later find your card or wearable, you can simply unfreeze it through the app.
To order a new wearable, go to the "Wearables" section in the app. You can also link multiple wearables to your account.
