If you lost your MuchBetter card or wearables, don't worry - you can block it in a very quick and easy way.
Simply log onto your app, go to "Card" and choose Freeze for the card; or tap on the "Wearables" and choose Freeze on the device you want to block. This will stop anyone who might find it from using it.
If you need to order a new card, please email us at support@muchbetter.com or contact us directly via the Help Centre.
A new wearable can be ordered directly in the app (Wearables) and you can have more than one wearable linked to our account.
