We can try to recoup any money that was spent on a product or service with your MuchBetter card that was not delivered or not fit for purpose.
Before contacting us, please try to resolve the issue with the seller directly, as this will often prove to be quicker and less complicated.
If you would like us to initiate a chargeback for you, please provide all the relevant information about the transaction:
- date
- amount
- seller
- whether it was online or offline
- why you would like a refund
- any supporting evidence (receipts, emails, etc.)
Note: The use of MuchBetter cards and wearables is temporarily out of service. Unfortunately, MuchBetter cards or wearables cannot be activated in the app for now, nor used for purchases or ATMs. However, you can keep it with you safely and we will confirm when you are able to proceed with activation or its use.
