You can find authorised locations directly in the MuchBetter app using the Vouchers quick link on the Wallet home screen.
How to Find a Store
- Open the MuchBetter app.
- On the Wallet home screen, tap Vouchers.
- You'll see two tabs:
- In Store (default) – Opens a map showing nearby authorised locations.
- Online – Opens the Voucher map website where you can purchase vouchers online.
Availability
The Vouchers feature is currently available to users in:
- Italy
- Germany
- Canada
- Spain
Only approved partner locations are displayed on the map.
Before Visiting a Store
To ensure a smooth experience, please bring:
- A charged mobile phone
- Your voucher or QR code (if required)
- A valid photo ID
If you need a QR code for your transaction, generate it shortly before arriving at the store to avoid it expiring.
