Withdrawals to cryptocurrency wallets typically take between a few moments to a few hours once processed on our end. We aim to process withdrawals as quickly as possible, but please note that additional checks on our transactions may cause slight delays at times.
If you have not received your withdrawal after 24 hours, please check the following:
- Wallet Ownership: Ensure the withdrawal was sent to a wallet that belongs to you. If it was sent to an incorrect wallet, contact us immediately.
- Support Communication: Verify if our support team has contacted you regarding the withdrawal and ensure you have provided all requested information.
- Multiple Withdrawals: If you requested multiple withdrawals, they will be sent to the last wallet address you entered in the app. Check this wallet to confirm all withdrawals are there.
If you have reviewed the above points and still have not received your withdrawal, please contact our support team at support@muchbetter.com with the following information:
- The amount and time of your withdrawal request in the app.
- The wallet address to which the funds were sent.
- A screenshot or photo of the crypto address used, showing recent transactions and your name.
