When requesting a withdrawal from a gaming merchant, they will need to review and approve your withdrawal first, the time this could take depends on the gaming merchant. You can review the status of your withdrawal request in your gaming account. If the transaction is still pending; it means that the gaming merchant needs to review, approve, and process your withdrawal. If this is the case; please contact their Security/Payments team for further assistance.
Once your transaction is approved and processed by them, the funds will be credited to your MuchBetter account within a few minutes if your MuchBetter account is already verified. If you still need to verify your account, log in to the app and tap on the Verification icon visible on Home Screen. The app will lead you through the verification process.
If the transaction is already approved and processed by the merchant; please send us the MuchBetter reference number of your withdrawal (you can get this from the gaming merchant's Security/Payments team). It may also show in your transaction history. We will locate the transaction with this information and take the necessary action to correct your account balance.
