When you request a withdrawal from a gaming merchant, they need to review and approve your request first. This process typically takes up to 72 hours, but it may vary depending on the merchant. You can check the status of your withdrawal request in your gaming account. If the transaction is still in pending or processing status, it means the merchant is still reviewing your withdrawal and it has not yet been sent out to your MuchBetter wallet. In this case, please contact their Security/Payments team for further assistance.
Once your transaction is approved and processed by the merchant, the funds will be credited to your MuchBetter account within a few minutes, provided your MuchBetter account is already verified and you are within your current permitted limits. If you need to verify your account, log in to the app and tap on the Verification icon on the Home Screen. The app will guide you through the verification process.
If the transaction has already been approved and processed by the merchant, please send us the transaction reference number of your withdrawal. Ideally, please include a screenshot of the payment, making sure the transaction reference is visible along with all other relevant details. You can obtain this from the gaming merchant's Security/Payments team, and it may also appear in your transaction history. We will use this information to locate the transaction and carry out any adjustments necessary.
