Transfers between your MuchBetter wallet and gaming accounts are free of charge. However, there are a few reasons why you might receive less funds than the amount you withdrew:
- Currency Conversion: If your gaming account uses a different currency than your MuchBetter wallet, a conversion rate will be applied. This can result in a small difference in the transferred amount.
- Merchant Actions: If both your gaming and MuchBetter accounts are in the same currency but you still received a different amount, the issue might be on the merchant's end. Sometimes, the gaming merchant applies a currency exchange before sending the funds to us. They use their own rates, which can cause discrepancies.
To prevent any discrepancies, the merchant should transfer the original amount to us. If a currency conversion is needed, we will take care of it.
