To ensure a smooth process and prevent any delays in the crediting of your funds, please initiate all Crypto Top-ups from your MuchBetter app using the unique destination wallet provided for each transaction. If you reuse a wallet address that you have previously transferred funds to, the transaction will not be automatically credited to your MuchBetter account. In such cases, our Support team will need to manually locate and credit the transaction for you.
To assist us in this process, please email the following payment details to our Support team at support@muchbetter.com:
- Amount and date of the transaction
- Destination wallet address
- Transaction ID on the blockchain network
- Blockchain link: Copy and paste the URL address. This includes the transaction ID (hash) and the domain from which the funds were sent.
