Please note that all Crypto Top-ups must be initiated from your MuchBetter app, using the unique destination wallet that is given to you for each transaction. If you reused a wallet address to which you have already transferred funds before, the transaction is not automatically credited to your MuchBetter account and our Support team must locate it and credit it manually for you.
Please send the following payment details to our Support team at support@muchbetter.com:
- The amount and date of the transaction
- The destination wallet address
- The transaction ID on the blockchain network
- The blockchain link. Copy and paste the URL address. This is the transaction ID (Hash) along with the domain from which the funds were sent.
NOTE: copy and paste all the info, do not send us screen captures.
