Please note that all Crypto Top-ups must be initiated from your MuchBetter app, using the unique destination wallet that is given to you for each transaction. If you reused a wallet address to which you have already transferred funds before, the transaction is not automatically credited to your MuchBetter account and our Support team must locate it and credit it manually for you.
Please send the following payment details to our Support including the providing transaction link on the blockchain:
- The amount and time of the transaction
- The destination wallet address
- The transaction ID on the blockchain network (insert it to your message as text - not in an image format)
We will investigate and get back to you as soon as possible.
