We can try to recover any money that was spent on a product or service with your MuchBetter card that was not delivered or not fit for purpose. However, as the cardholder, you must first liaise directly with the point of sale or merchant. Please try to resolve the issue with the seller directly, as this will often prove to be quicker and less complicated.
If after disputing the charge with them you are still unable to resolve this matter and you would like us to initiate a chargeback for you, please provide all the relevant information about the transaction to support@muchbetter.com:
- Transaction date
- Amount
- Seller, Store, Merchant (business name)
- Whether it was online or offline
- Why you would like a refund
- Any supporting evidence (receipts, emails, etc.)
