To order a new card, please email us at support@muchbetter.com or contact us directly via the app. Just let us know why you need a replacement card.
We strongly recommend that you freeze it as soon as possible in the MuchBetter app to prevent any potentially unauthorized activity with it. You can do this in the Card section of the app.
Once successfully ordered, it generally takes up to 5-10 working days for the card to arrive in the mail, but this could be slightly delayed in some provinces due to extreme weather conditions or similar.
Please note that there may be a 17.99 CAD fee for the replacement card.
