Current restrictions include:
United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Israel
New MuchBetter account registrations are currently unavailable in these locations.
Existing customers may continue to use their accounts in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions.
Canada
Certain gambling-related transactions may be subject to additional restrictions depending on the customer's province of residence and applicable regulatory requirements.
Alberta
Some gambling merchant transactions may be restricted until the relevant licensing requirements have been verified and approved.
Ontario
Customers can only transact with gambling operators authorised to operate within Ontario's regulated market. Transactions involving non-authorised gambling operators may be declined.
Ukraine
MuchBetter services are unavailable in regions that are subject to international sanctions or where services cannot legally be provided.
This currently includes:
- Crimea
- Donetsk region
- Luhansk region
- Certain temporarily occupied or non-government controlled territories, including parts of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia
