A merchant is asking for card details for a refund — what do I provide?

Refunds for Apple Pay purchases are processed using your Device Account Number, not the physical card number.

To find the last 4 digits the merchant needs:

1. Open Wallet.
2. Select your MuchBetter card.
3. Tap More (•••) → Card Details.

Provide the last 4 digits of the Device Account Number shown there.

Note: Apple Pay is now supported in Canada, Israel, and the United Kingdom. We’re working to bring it to more regions, so stay tuned for updates.
