When you are travelling, or shopping online with your MuchBetter card or fob, you may sometimes be asked what currency you would like to be charged in.
We recommend you always choose to be billed in local currency, as that will mean MuchBetter will apply our conversion rates to your transaction.
We are confident that our rates will always beat the rates offered by the merchant you are shopping with.
Note: The use of MuchBetter cards and wearables is temporarily out of service. Unfortunately, MuchBetter cards or wearables cannot be activated in the app for now, nor used for purchases or ATMs. However, you can keep it with you safely and we will confirm when you are able to proceed with activation or its use.
