Any bank transfers sent to a Personal IBAN issued to you previously will fail and be returned to the sending bank or bank account within 3 business days. If you have sent a bank transfer via Personal IBAN to your MuchBetter wallet and the funds have not returned to your bank (after 3 days) we recommend that you contact your bank and request that any reversals in transit be released to your bank account balance.
For alternatives or other top-up methods, please visit your MuchBetter app > click on TopUp > digit the amount you wish to deposit and the methods available in your location will be displayed.
