If you see an unauthorised transaction on your Google Pay app made with the MuchBetter card, please contact the store where the transaction was initiated and dispute the transaction.
If they are unable to provide you with a refund or explanation, you can still contact us at email@example.com or via the contact from available on this page (Help icon on the bottom right corner) and provide us with as many details as possible and all evidence of your communication with the merchant so that we can assist you further.
Please, note that sensitive or confidential information won't be requested and you don't have to share with us. All we need is the transaction details, the reason for the dispute and the outcome of your communication with the merchant.
Note: The use of MuchBetter cards and wearables is temporarily out of service. Unfortunately, MuchBetter cards or wearables cannot be activated in the app for now, nor used for purchases or ATMs. However, you can keep it with you safely and we will confirm when you are able to proceed with activation or its use.
