First, please make sure that the transaction in question is made with the MuchBetter card. If you have more than one card linked to your Google Pay account, then just click on the purchase in question to see what card has been used. If you confirmed that this is your MuchBetter transaction, then please get in touch with our Support Team to receive more details about it. Note: The use of MuchBetter cards and wearables is temporarily out of service. Unfortunately, MuchBetter cards or wearables cannot be activated in the app for now, nor used for purchases or ATMs. However, you can keep it with you safely and we will confirm when you are able to proceed with activation or its use.
