If you have already verified your MuchBetter wallet; you can request your MuchBetter Account Statement directly from the app. Log in to your account and tap on the "More" section and then tap on the "Statement" button to generate your own statement. Your statement will be sent to your registered email address.
If you have not yet verified your account, simply head over to the Home Screen. The verification option will be displayed there. Simply tap on “Unlock more features with ID Verification”.
Please make sure that your registered email address is correct in the app before submitting the request. You can update your email by tapping on "More" > "Settings" > email.
If you require a full statement including your entire transaction history or any other additional information; please contact us at support@muchbetter.com and our Support Team will gladly assist you.
Important: Your MuchBetter account statement will not have a URL address since MuchBetter is a mobile app. The gaming merchants accept this account statement as verification of your MuchBetter wallet ownership. If a merchant insists that the URL should be visible, please let us know, and we will contact them on your behalf.
