UPDATE (fixed): We are aware of some temporary and intermittent downtime with the MuchBetter card and FOB that occurred on July 5th. Your MuchBetter MasterCard, FOB, or other contactless device transactions may have failed with no valid decline reason.
The issue was unfortunately unexpected and out of our control but has been resolved now and you should be able to use your card or contactless device again.
