If your bank transfer withdrawal failed, it is most likely because the name and address registered on your MuchBetter account are in Japanese. To successfully process your bank transfer withdrawal, you need to change your name and address to Roman characters.
How to Change Your Address in the MuchBetter App:
- Open the MuchBetter app.
- From the home screen, tap the profile icon located in the upper right corner.
- Tap your name to open your personal details.
- Update your address information to Roman characters.
